leading manufacturer of Micrococcus and nanofocus® X-ray systems and systems for computed
tomography. The enterprise possesses over branch offices in Stuttgart/Germany, St. Petersburg/
USA, Manila/The Philippines and representations worldwide.
Inspection services on an hourly basis are being offered at six different locations.
phoenix|x-ray supplies application oriented X-ray systems and complete customised inspection
solutions for the automated inspection in the electronics, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace
and many other industries.
The product portfolio is divided into six application oriented product lines. Main fields of applications
are semiconductor packaging, PCB assembly, multilayer PCB production, micromechanics
and electro mechanics. Typical applications are the inspection and analysis of:
