Based on the experience of more than 20 years, KUGLER today manufactures micro machining tools that are among the best worldwide. There are only very few manufacturers of ultra-precision machine tools like KUGLER who consequently utilize modern technological developments such as linear drives featuring extremely high dynamics, or guidances that are on air or hydrostatic bearings. KUGLER offers a unique micro machining program comprising all stages of the manufacturing process in nano technology. KUGLER’s team of 60 highly qualified and committed staff members are working on innovative solutions for special demands in production technology.

For ultra-precision metal cutting and micro structuring, special high-precision machine tools are required. Apart from the process parameters, the quality of the micro components here greatly depend on the accuracy of the selected micro machining tool. All axes, bearings, drives and measuring systems, as well as the machine control and the overall machine layout must be combined to a well balanced system that is designed to utmost precision and meets most stringent demands. KUGLER designs micro machining tools and centers in the range of ultra-precision technology, partly on air or hydrostatic bearings and equipped with linear motor drives on air or hydrostatic bearings, and thus offers highest dynamics together with highest precision.
