Who we are?
Tascon is one of the leading European providers for surface analytical services. The company was established in 1997 and is independent, with no ownership stake by any other company. Our analytical sites are located in Münster and Frankfurt/Main as well as via our subsidiary company Tascon USA in Chestnut Ridge (NY).

What do we offer?
Tascon offers consulting and full analytical services for all surface related questions. Our services comprises the full scope of surface analytical techniques. Our laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art instruments for ToF-SIMS, HS-LEIS, XPS (ESCA) and White Light Interferometry. Further analytical techniques (e.g. SEM/EDX, AFM, TXRF, dynamic SIMS) will be provided in co-operation with associated partner companies.
Tascon is certified according to DIN ISO/IEC 9001:2008 and accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
Our customers are working in different industrial fields like automotive, semiconductor, coatings, glass, pharmaceutical, medical devices and chemical industry.

Tascon is currently the leading European laboratory for analytical ToF-SIMS services. Additionally, Tascon is the only provider world-wide for analytical services with Low Energy Ion Scattering (LEIS).
