Nanoscribe is a supplier of laser lithography systems which are capable of true three-dimensional structuring on the sub-micrometer scale. Nanoscribe was founded in 2007 by leading scientists in the field of photonic crystals and metamaterials. In 2008, following a close collaboration, Carl Zeiss AG invested into this innovative technology, now holding 40% of the company’s shares.The three-dimensional structuring with femtosecond lasers is carried out in thick film photoresists by means of multi-photon polymerization. The structural feature sizes are in the range of several micrometers down to 100 nm.Areas of Application:Typical areas of application can be found in research and development in following fields:
