NanoWorld Services offers its MEMS fabrication capabilities and experiences to customers who lack in-house expertise, equipment or capacity to let their MEMS ideas evolve towards viable volume production. Being located at the Fraunhofer Institute of Integrated Systems and Device Technology in Erlangen and collaborating on many projects with the renowned research institution enables us to access the full capacity of complete facilities for 4-inch and 6-inch wafer fabrication.
