German Engineering Federation (VDMA)
The Micro Technology Association intends to analyse markets of specific importance, tap them jointly and use the VDMA network as a forum for a mutually beneficial dialogue between the players of the industry.

VDMA is the largest engineering association in Europe. VDMA is representative, service provider, and contact for about 3,000 German and European companies from the mechanical engineering sector. About 86% of VDMA members are small and medium-sized enterprises. Two thirds employ even less than 100 people. Mechanical engineering companies employ 885,000 people in Germany. The total volume of sales amounts to € 145 billion with an export share of 60%.
